Application portal opens January 15th, 2024 

  • January 15, 2024 - Application portal is open 

  • February 15, 2024 - Application review process begins 

  • March 10, 2024 - Acceptance and Waitlist emails due

  • April 1, 2024 - All payments and/or payment plans completed

  • April 15, 2034 - Cancellation fee of $50 added to all cancellations   



Camp arrival:          Saturday  July 6, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.

Camp departure:    Friday  July 12, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.  (Campers & Mothers)

Mother's Brunch: 

Mother's Arrival:        Friday  July 12, 2024 at 8:45 a.m. (Mass @ 9;00am)


Staff and Counselors leave at 1:30 p.m.

  • Single camper 5th-8th grade: $800 (includes 3.98% non-refundable bank fees)

  • Two or more siblings: $775 Per camper  

  • Payments will be accepted only through the CampDoc account created during the application process.  (See policy below)

  • Cancellation fee:  An additional $50 cancellation fee after April 15, 2024 for all cancellations

  2. Create an account for new campers or open your existing account.

  3. Complete all steps in CampDoc application.  Completion percentage must be at 100% for your application to be considered complete.  

  4. All completed applications will be reviewed beginning February 15, 2024. 

  5. Any applications received after February 15, 2024 will be considered new camper status, even if they are a return camper (see note below).

NOTE:  Any returning camper from last year who is in good standing with Camp Bluebonnet will have preferred acceptance as long as their application completion is at 100% on their CampDoc account and the application date is before February 15, 2024.  Any application received after February 15, 2024 will be considered a new camper application.


 Acceptance Email/Waitlist Email

All applicants will receive an email to their parent email on file no later than March 10th regarding their acceptance or waitlist status.    


There will be no payments collected until after Acceptance/Waitlist emails are sent. Only those accepted to Camp Bluebonnet 2024 will be required to pay.



  • If you receive an acceptance email for your camper, you will be directed to your CampDoc account and can begin the payment process. 

  • Full Payment or a payment plan must be received or setup by April 1st, 2024. All payments/payment plans will be done through your CampDoc account.

  • If payment/payment plan setup is not completed by April 1, 2024 your daughter will be placed on the waitlist.  


  • If you receive a waitlist email nothing else is required. 

  • If a spot opens in her grade level, you will be contacted and directed on next steps.

  • All cancellations after acceptance letters are sent and payment made will be charged the non refundable Camp Doc processing fee of 3.98%.  


  • Any cancellation after April 15, 2024 will have an additional charge of $50. 


  • Once a camper has been accepted and payment received, we will not issue refunds for cancellations unless another camper of the same grade level is available.  


  • Cancellations due to illness and emergencies will be handled by the Camp Bluebonnet Board of Directors on a case-by-case basis.
