Application portal opens January 15th, 2024 

  • January 15, 2024 - Application portal is open 

  • February 15, 2024 - Application review process begin

  • March 10, 2024 - Acceptance and Waitlist emails sent on or before the 10th

  • April 1, 2024 - All payments due and/or payment plans setup

  • April 15, 2024 - Cancellation fee of $50 in effect

  • Single camper 5th-8th grade: $820 ($35 non-refundable deposit per camper)

  • Sibling discount:   First sibling $820    Subsequent siblings $795   

  • Payments only accepted through the CampDoc portal

  • Cancellation fee:  After April 15, $50 cancellation fee per camper                                     

  1. Apply through CampDoc link below

  3. Returning campers - apply through existing account 

  4. 100%  of your application must be complete to be considered for camp  

  5. February 15, 2024  All completed applications will be reviewed 

  6. February 15, 2024.  All applications received after this date will be considered a new camper application(see note)

NOTE:  Any returning camper from last year who is in good standing with Camp Bluebonnet will have preferred acceptance as long as her application completion is at 100% on their CampDoc account and the application date is before February 15, 2024.  Any application received after February 15, 2024 will be considered a new camper application.

 Acceptance & Payment Policy




  • Acceptance emails will be sent by March 10, 2024 with payment instructions

    • Only those accepted to Camp Bluebonnet 2024 will be required to pay

    • After payment/payment plan setup there is a non-refundable deposit of $35 per camper/application

  • Full Payment or payment plan setup must be completed by April 1st, 2024 

  • If payment/payment plan setup is not completed by April 1, 2024 your camper will be placed on the waitlist


  • If you receive a waitlist email nothing else is required  

  • If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted and directed on next steps

Questions regarding payments:

Cancellation Policy 

  • Once a camper has been accepted and payment received, we will not issue refunds unless another camper of the same grade level is available  to take the spot 

  • Any cancellation after April 15, 2024 will have an additional charge of $50.
