COST

Single camper 5th-8th grade: $850 ($35 non-refundable deposit per camper)

Sibling discount: First sibling $850 Subsequent siblings $825

Payments only accepted through the CampDoc portal

Cancellation fee: After April 15, $50 cancellation fee per camper

100% of your application must be complete to be considered for camp

February 15, 2025 All completed applications will be reviewed

February 15, 2025. All applications received after this date will be considered a new camper application(see note)

NOTE: Any returning camper from last year who is in good standing with Camp Bluebonnet will have preferred acceptance as long as her application completion is at 100% on their CampDoc account and the application date is before February 15, 2025. Any application received after February 15, 2025 will be considered a new camper application.

Acceptance & Payment Policy
ACCEPTANCE

Acceptance emails will be sent by March 10, 2025 with payment instructions

Only those accepted to Camp Bluebonnet 2025 will be required to pay

After full payment or payment plan is setup there is a non-refundable deposit of $35 per camper/application
-

Full Payment or payment plan setup must be completed by April 1st, 2025
-
If full payment or payment plan setup is not completed by April 1, 2025 your camper will be placed on the waitlist

WAITLIST

If you receive a waitlist email nothing else is required

If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted and directed on next steps

Cancellation Policy ​
​​

Once a camper has been accepted and payment received, we will not issue refunds unless another camper of the same grade level is available to take the spot until July 3, 2025. No refunds after July 3, 2025.

Any cancellation after April 15, 2025 will have an additional late cancellation charge of $50.
