Mission Statement: Camp Bluebonnet seeks to motivate and challenge the participants to be young women with ideals of solidarity, leadership, and service. Who We Are
Our Camp's History: Camp Bluebonnet began in 1990, when a group of women from Texas concerned with the education of girls decided to provide them with a unique opportunity to enjoy their summer vacations as well as grow in the virtues necessary for a happy and wholesome life. The summer of 1991 saw the birth of "Camp" at Featherock Conference Center in Schulenburg, Texas, with 42 campers and 10 counselors/senior staff.
